Ben Harris, MSc, is a hydrologist and water resources engineer with a BSc in Civil Engineering and International Development from the University of Western Ontario and an MSc in International Land and Water Management from Wageningen University, the Netherlands. Combining technical expertise with a passion for addressing global water challenges, his work focuses on hydrological assessments, and climate change adaptation across urban, agricultural, and natural environments using both social and technical skills.

Utilizing advanced tools such as GIS, remote sensing, and hydrological models, Ben has worked internationally, including project engagements in Cambodia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Spain. His recent work concentrates on climate change adaptation in rice-based systems in the Mekong Delta, integrating technical modelling with participatory approaches to develop sustainable water solutions. Ben has also gained professional experience working with AECOM in Canada as a Water Resources Engineer.
